症状：使用Office 2016新建或打开Word/Excel/PowerPoint文件时，会卡顿十几秒钟，卡顿过后，不关闭文件的情况下，再次新建或打开其他同类型文件，不会出现打开第一个文件的情形。
原因：Office 2016程序运行时会联网，当电脑有连接网络但无法访问外网，联网连接失败便会出现该问题。
解决方法：在电脑防火墙中添加规则，阻止Office 2016联网。
防火墙-高级设置-出站规则-新建程序规则或使用以下批处理
